Steps for Pressing WALAKut Puff on Thick Garments:

1. Pre-Press the Garment
2. Preheat the garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
3. Adjust Heat Press Settings:
   • Temperature: Set to 275°F-305°F depending on the color of the WALAKut Puff.
   • Time: Extend pressing time to 14-16 seconds (add 4 seconds to the standard time).
   • Pressure: Use firm to heavy pressure to ensure even heat and consistent application.
4. Prepare the Design
5. Place the WALAKut Puff HTV with the carrier side facing up. Align the design as desired.
6. Press the Design
7. Press the garment with the adjusted settings, ensuring consistent pressure to activate the puff effect.
8. Peel the Carrier
9. Peel the carrier while warm for the best results.

Additional Tips:

• Use a pressing pillow to raise the pressing area if seams or pockets interfere with even pressure.
• Avoid over-pressing, as it can reduce the puff effect.
• Test a sample before starting production to confirm the settings.
