Twinkle heat transfer vinyl is a new SISER glitter product! Siser Twinkle contains embedded flakes that result in a smooth finish. The embedded flakes in Twinkle have reflective properties that cause designs to really shimmer when hit with direct light!

- Adheres to 100% uncoated polyester,100% cotton and all poly/cotton blends
- Wait 24 hours before first wash, machine wash warm with mild detergent, dry on low dryer setting
