POLI-FLEX® FLAME RETARDANT is a flame retardant heat transfer vinyl that complies with the DIN EN ISO 4589-2 standard. This vinyl has been specially developed for transfer to clothing and textiles for applications that require flame retardant substrates.

How to Apply Poli-Flex Flame Retardant HTV?
1. Cutting: Mirror cut your design using a plotter with a standard 45° blade.
2. Heat Press Settings:
• Temperature: 320°F (160°C)
• Time: 15 seconds
• Pressure: Medium, even pressure
What Fabrics are Compatible with Poli-Flex Flame Retardant HTV?
Poli-Flex Flame Retardant HTV is compatible with cotton, polyester/cotton blends, and polyester/acrylic fabrics. It is not recommended for use on nylon or other synthetic materials that might melt under high heat.
Can Poli-Flex Flame Retardant HTV Be Layered?

Application instructions for dazzle cloth, shiny polyester materials, and coated polyester materials:
Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then gently apply it to the area on the garment you want to apply your design. Allow it to dry and apply your material. This will allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.
We highly recommend that you wash and dry your garments prior to pressing your design. This will also allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.
