We have a minimum order policy of $5.00. We run our online purchases through BOLT for your convenience. We also offer financing options through PayPal, Affirm, Klarna and AfterPay. The minimum payment through Affirm is $250.00
Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect upon receipt of the order. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Apple Pay. No Cash on Delivery or checks.
Not all items are stocked in each warehouse. In order to complete your order, material may ship from multiple locations and may affect time of transit.

Any digital artwork file cannot be resold digitally, in any format, it is intended for printed production only.

Sales Tax & Tax Exemption
The following states will be charged sales taxes on all purchases in accordance with state and local state laws: Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia, Iowa, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Washington, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Nevada, Florida, Kentucky, Texas, and California.
Businesses that want to be tax-exempt need to ask for the link Heat Transfer Warehouse provides to them to fill out the taxes themselves. After we have verified your tax exemption, we can change your online account to be tax-exempt.
Heat Transfer Warehouse cannot refund or credit sales tax once an order has been placed. Due to the complexity of orders with sales tax and for accounting purposes, we have decided against providing a refund or credit of sales tax once an order has been placed without a valid exemption on file or while waiting for one that is in the process of validation.
We highly recommend filing your exemption ahead of time so that you avoid running into any sales tax issues.

Dropships/Clothing/Supacolor
In order to offer an expanded selection of specialized items, Heat Transfer Warehouse will ‘dropship’ these products directly from the manufacturer. Dropships do incur a fee of 12.95 that covers additional shipping and handling charges from the manufacturer. Dropships ship ground only and will come separately from your primary order. All dropship items are labeled as such on our website.
Heat Transfer Warehouse offers clothing products. These products come directly from the manufacturer. These do incur a fee that covers additional shipping and handling charges from the manufacturer. Clothing items will ship ground only and will come separately from your primary order. All clothing items are labeled as such on our website.
Heat Transfer Warehouse also offers SupaColor products. These products come directly from the manufacturer. These do incur a fee that covers additional shipping and handling charges from the manufacturer. SupaColor items will be 2-Day Air only after the production of items and will come separately from your primary order. An artist will reach out to you to let you know your order has been sent to production or if there are any questions about your order. All SupaColor items are labeled as such on our website.

We reserve the right to adjust or amend a customer's points balance in the event of technical glitches, errors, or inaccuracies, whether due to system malfunctions, human error, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such adjustments may include but are not limited to adding or deducting points as necessary to rectify any discrepancies. By participating in our points program, customers agree to accept such adjustments as final and waive any claims or disputes arising from them.
