Ordering

Heat Transfer Warehouse processes orders efficiently to ensure your package ships on time. Once your order is marked as "Confirmed," no add-ons, changes, or corrections can be made, so please double-check details like widths, colors, and quantities in your cart before finalizing your purchase. If you wish to add items, you will need to place a separate order, which will be shipped independently based on the selected shipping option.

Heat Transfer Warehouse processes orders in a quick and timely manner. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. On the rare occasion that we accept a cancellation after an order has been placed, please note that the refund will be issued as store credit only. Please see our return policy for more information on how to return the product.

All clothing ships ground via UPS. Clothing is available to ship to the 48 contiguous states and not available to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. These items may ship from any warehouse location across the country in order to fulfill the order and will always ship via UPS Ground service. Clothing may come in multiple packages

Processing Time and Shipping Information

All clothing orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours. After processing, your order will be shipped based on the delivery method selected at checkout. Please note, if your order includes items from different Heat Transfer Warehouse locations, it may arrive in multiple packages.

Returns

All clothing items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase. We encourage you to check size charts, product descriptions, and measurements before making a final decision.

• Heat Transfer Warehouse as of 2023 allows Curbside Pick up.
• Curbside Pickup is a flat rate fee for process/handling fees.
• If curbside orders are not picked up within 3 business days the curbside order will be shipped economy. If you need more time for pickup please reach out to our support team at: customerservice@heattransferwarehouse.com
• Some restrictions apply.

Directions for Curbside Pick-Up:

1. We will let you know when your order is ready. This can take up to an hour or more..
2. We will email you once your order is ready for curbside pick-up. Once you receive this email, please start heading to our location.
3. Please park in the designated curbside pick-up spot in front of the building. Please stay in your car and fill out the form that you received in your email.
4. One of our representatives will be out shortly with your order.

Pick-up hours are from 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 4:45 pm Monday through Friday (per location time zone).

**We do not offer pickups on the weekend**

Heat Transfer Warehouse has a variety of custom options available please review our current production times.

• All orders with printed HTV or PSV patterns can take 24-48 hours for production and will be shipped from our Fargo, ND location.
• All stock rhinestones can take 24-48 hours for production and will be shipped from our Fargo, ND location.
• Custom Rhinestone, Sublimation, HTV, DTF and Sticker orders: All orders will receive a confirmation email from an Artist within 1 business day of receiving the order. All orders have to be approved before going into production.
  • Once an order is approved production can take up to 24-48 hours and will be shipped from our Fargo, ND location.
• Custom Supacolor: All orders will be processed by an Artist within 1 business day of receiving the order. Please note any artwork issues can delay the process and production times. An Artist will reach out to either confirm your order is into production, if you selected a proof, or if there is an artwork concern.
  • Once the order has been sent to production it is 2-4 business days production followed by the shipping method selected at check out
• Custom Decopress Patches: All orders will be processed by an Artist within 1 business day of receiving the order. Please note any artwork issues can delay the process and production times. An Artist will reach out to either confirm your order is into production, if you selected a proof, or if there is an artwork concern.
  • Once the order has been sent to production it is 3-5 business days production followed by Fedex 2Day Air shipping.
• Custom Clothing: All orders will be processed by an Artist within 1 business day of receiving the order. Please note any artwork issues can delay the process and production times. An Artist will reach out to either confirm your order is into production, if you selected a proof, or if there is an artwork concern
  • Once the order has been sent to production, there is a max of 2 weeks production time followed by the shipping method selected at check out.

As of June 2022, Heat Transfer Warehouse no longer offers cutting rolls into different widths.

• Only one code can be used per order.
• Some codes may not be applied to other current discounts.
• We're unable to refund for a discount or promotional code that wasn't applied prior to placing the order.

In order to offer an expanded selection of specialized items, Heat Transfer Warehouse will "drop ship" these products direct from the manufacturer. Drop ships do incur a $12.95 additional charge for shipping that covers additional shipping and handling charges from the manufacturer. There are no guaranteed ship dates, as the drop ship items will be fulfilled as the manufacturer is able. Drop ships ship ground only and will come separately from your primary order. All drop ship items are labeled as such on our website and are non-returnable.

Single yard orders in any quantity will be individual units. Example: If 3 yards of material is ordered, 3 individual single yards will be shipped.

If ordering a non-standard roll length, for example 7 yards, we recommend ordering a 5-yard roll and 2 single yards for the best value. If 7 single yards are ordered, your material will be shipped in 7 individual 1-yard rolls priced at the single yard price.

A splice is when the manufacturer connects two pieces of vinyl on a roll to keep the material continuous. Each splice is marked with a piece of tape and the customer will receive 6-12 extra inches of material.

In the rare event of a missing or incorrect product, Heat Transfer Warehouse cannot cover expedited shipping costs if notified more than 24 hours after delivery. We encourage you to inspect your order within three (3) days of receipt and to promptly report any concerns. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for material loss if you are sheeting or converting our products. If you suspect a shortage, please measure the material and contact us before making any cuts.

 

For lost or stolen orders, please reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you. Claims made after this 30-day period may not be eligible for resolution. 

At Heat Transfer Warehouse, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your equipment purchase. Please read the following policy carefully:

To ensure we have enough time to ship your order, our daily cut-off time is:
Central Time Zone (CDT): 4:00 PM
Cut-off time applies to in-stock items only, and all orders ship from our Fargo, ND, location. Please see our shipping policy page for more details.

$5.00 order minimum.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Any orders placed after the specified cutoff time on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following business day.

If a product from your order isn’t available at the closest warehouse, Heat Transfer Warehouse reserves the right to ship it from an alternative location or dropship the item based on availability, which may affect delivery times. If we cannot reassign or dropship your order, we will contact you via phone and email to provide updates. You’ll also receive a notification indicating that your order is on hold. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, the out-of-stock item will be canceled and refunded.

• All patterns ship from Fargo, ND location.
• A heat transfer mask is required for both HTV patterns and will be sold separately.
• Patterns are printed on demand and may delay your order up to 3 business days

If Heat Transfer Warehouse receives a request to cancel a pre-order item, a $50 restocking fee will apply if the cancellation is feasible. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Due to normal conversion elements, the material may slightly be off by 1/8" to 1" on all sizes of material.

Heat Transfer Warehouse does not maintain records prior to 2020.

Sale, overstock or closeout items are offered in limited quantities and may vary in colors, widths, lengths, or other specifications. Please note that we do not provide rain checks for these items. Additionally, they cannot be combined with other sales, promotions, credits, or discount codes. All sales on these items are final, and they cannot be returned or refunded.

Our WALAPerks rewards program launched in January 2023, designed to give back to our loyal customers. You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Heat Transfer Warehouse. As of February 28, 2025, we’ve fine-tuned WALAPerks to make it more sustainable and rewarding for the long haul. These adjustments help us continue offering valuable perks while maintaining an exceptional shopping experience.

When using a redeemed code or product we require you to meet the minimum order requirements still.
