Can I reorder a custom design that I have already ordered?
Yes, Heat Transfer Warehouse defines a reorder as the exact same artwork, size and color of a previous order. The only variable that is allowed to change is the quantity. If it has been at least 6 months since your last order, please email art@heattransferwarehouse.com to confirm we still have your artwork on file. 

Am I able to return custom items?
All custom items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable. 

When is my custom order sent to production?
All custom orders must be approved by the customer before it is sent to production.
