Artwork Details

• Vector artwork or images with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher are required.
• Multiple file types are accepted.
• Single or ganged files are acceptable. Any ganged designs must be submitted pre-ganged.
• All artwork is MIRRORED prior to printing. Do not submit your design in reverse.
• Any details smaller than 1 point (0.35 mm) may not print correctly.
• Copyrighted material is NOT permitted without written documentation.
• All artwork is converted to CMYK before production. Any artwork not submitted in this format may result in inconsistent color quality.
• Sublimation transfers cannot produce white, neon, or Pantone colors.

Transfer Details

• Transfers will appear muted upon arrival. They become more vibrant after pressing.
• Normal Paper: Suitable for all blank types.
  Examples: mugs, t-shirts, photo panels, keychains, coasters, etc.
• Sticky Paper: Soft blanks only.
  Examples: garments, soft koozies, towels, dishcloths, pillowcases, etc.

Pressing Guidelines

• Sublimation works best on 100% white polyester garments and sublimation-treated surfaces.
• It can also be applied to other types of garments, such as 50/50 blends and cotton.
• When pressing onto other light-colored garments, note that the colors may not be as vibrant, as they will take on the color of the garment.
• If pressing onto anything other than fabric, please reach out for further assistance.

Production Time

• All orders have 1-2 business days processing time and an artist will reach out via email.  
• All orders must be approved before production starts.
• Production time is currently 2-5 business days before the order will ship. 
  • Large quantity orders may lead to extended production times.
• All orders will ship by customer's selection at check out, after production is complete 
  • Examples : Ground, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air etc.

Proofing & Approvals

• Proof Fee: $15.00 per order.
• The proof fee (when purchased) is applied to the entire order. Whether you have 1 design or 12, you can choose which designs you would like to see a digital mockup of by selecting yes or no for each design.

If you select "Yes" for Proof:

• An artist will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order details. Once approved, they will begin working on the digital mockup. Depending on the complexity of the design, it may take up to 1 business day to receive the mockup. Each design allows for 2 free changes* after the digital mockup is sent. Beyond 2 changes, a redesign fee of $15.00 will apply. Once the final digital mockup is approved, it will proceed to production.

• Changing the size after receiving the digital mockup will automatically incur a redesign fee.

If you select "No" for Proof:

• By omitting the proof fee, your design will be reviewed by our artists. If they have any questions or concerns, they will contact you via email. If everything is satisfactory, you will receive an email with the estimated production time.
• By selecting “No” for a proof, you are trusting our artists to handle your design, which streamlines the process and speeds up delivery.

What are Dye Sublimation Transfers?
Why would I choose dye sublimation transfers? These are common questions when entering the heat transfer business.

Dye sublimation transfers are very different from heat transfer vinyl. Instead of heat pressing vinyl onto a garment, dye sublimation transfers gasify into the material. The texture of the transfer matches that of the material you press onto. Dye sublimation works best with 100% polyester, white, or light-colored garments. You can press this transfer on 50/50 blends and cotton for a faded, distressed look. While dye sublimation transfers can be applied to darker garments, caution is advised, as the transfer may not be visible on very dark fabrics.

Working with dye sublimation blanks can be very rewarding. There is a wide range of blanks available to choose from, including coasters, koozies, ornaments, photo panels, mugs, bag tags, flags, and much more! Unlike heat transfer vinyl or sign vinyl, dye sublimation transfers will not add texture to these surfaces. They can also be heat-applied to textured glitter HTV to add sparkle to your design.

You can use full-color images, such as family, friends, and vacation pictures. No weeding is required! When you receive your custom dye sublimation transfer, simply use an open clam heat press to apply it to your material. Craft paper is always handy when pressing dye sublimation transfers, as the ink will soak into a Teflon sheet, and we want to protect that sheet. Thermo tape is also helpful for holding your transfer in place, as dye sublimation is not a sticky transfer.
