Masking, Cutting, and Weeding Instructions

Masking:

• Lay the WALASub Pattern Sheet with printed side facing down-the white side of the paper should be facing up
• Take a sheet of the mask and remove the protective backing from the mask
• Place the mask on top of the white side of the WALASub sheet
• Squeegee the mask to the paper to ensure there are no bubbles and that the mask covers all the area of the sheet

Cutting:

• Place the sheet on your cutter with the design/pattern side facing up
• Cut in mirrored image

Cut Settings for Graphtec:

1. Offset: 0

2. Speed: 25 cm/s

3. Acceleration: 4

4. Cut Force: 16

Cut Settings for Silhouette Cameo:

Settings can alter on how dull or sharp the blade is. Test Cutting is Recommended.

Weeding: 

• Weed away the excess paper from the mask exposing the image or design you would like to press
