Heat Transfer Warehouse as of 2023 allows Curbside Pick up at both locations.

• Curbside Pickup is a flat rate fee for process/handling fees.
• If curbside orders are not picked up within 3 business days the curbside order will be shipped economy. If you need more time for pickup please reach out to our support team at: customerservice@heattransferwarehouse.com

• If curbside pick-up is not available, there may be an item in your cart not eligible for pick-up.
• Your location may be outside the area we currently accommodate for pickup.
• An upcoming holiday may affect the availability of this option.

Directions for Curbside Pick-Up:

1. We will let you know when your order is ready. This can take up to an hour or more.
2. We will email you once your order is ready for curbside pick-up. Once you receive this email, please start heading to our location.
3. Please park in the designated curbside pick-up spot in front of the building. Please stay in your car and fill out the form that you received in your email.
4. One of our representatives will be out shortly with your order.

Pick-up hours are from 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 4:45 pm Monday through Friday (per location time zone).

We do not offer pickups on the weekend.

Yes, our pricing is offered at wholesale rates.

Due to the nature of our business and the materials shipped, we can only issue store credit for approved returns, and any product used has a 15% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, the store credit will be processed, and will be automatically applied to your online account.

We offer Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay. To access the financing options, please proceed to the checkout and select one from the available choices. Once you have made your selection, the system will inform you about your eligibility and the corresponding rates. All of these financing options do a “soft credit check.” Applying for these financing options will not affect your credit score. It's important to note that we do not have any affiliation with the company providing these financing options, so we are unable to provide you with specific rates.
