How to use our printed patterns

Load the the vinyl pattern side UP in your cutter
Cut your design right reading, do NOT mirror
Weed away excess
Apply your heat transfer mask of choice
- Please note a heat transfer mask is required for this material to work properly
Squeegee your mask onto your design, smooth it out
Flip your design over so the pattern is not on the table and the liner is facing up
Remove the liner from the material.

How to Cut and Apply Patterned HTV

Cotton, Polyester, and 50/50: 266°F | Nylon: 302°F
Cotton, Polyester, and 50/50: 5 seconds Nylon: Preheat for 5 seconds and press for 5 seconds. remove liner and cover with a teflon sheet and press for another 10 seconds
Peel warm
Medium, even pressure
Cut right reading
Cotton, Polyester, Uncoated Nylon, 50/50 blends
Wash inside out. Tumble dry.

Additional Instructions

Weed away excess material
Mask your design with a recommended mask
Remove the liner of the mask
Press your design at one of the temps and times listed above
Peel warm

CUT SETTINGS

Cut Settings for Graphtec CE6000:
Settings can alter for each cutter and how dull or sharp the blade is. Test Cutting is Recommended.
1. Offset: 0
2. Speed: 25 cm/s
3. Acceleration: 4
4. Cut Force: 16
*Heat Transfer Warehouse uses a 45 Degree Blade

Cut Settings for Silhouette Cameo:
Settings can alter on how dull or sharp the blade is. Test Cutting is Recommended.
1. Smooth Heat Transfer Material Setting
2. Blade at a 1
3. Speed at 5, Pressure at 6
4. Double Cut/Cut on Mat
